Lord Lucius Malfoy is the Earl of Coleford and Head of the Noble and Most Ancient House of Malfoy. He is the husband of Narcissa Malfoy and the father of Draco Malfoy. Lucius is also a Death Eater, though he managed to plead the imperious curse and escape Azkaban.
