Delia "Delly" Cartwright is the merchant daughter of the shoe store owners in District Twelve. She is good friends with Peeta Mellark, Madge Undersee, and Garnet Aimes. Unlike the other three, Delly is very non-confrontational, and her friends often feel the need to protect her from other people picking on her.
