Barry Weston is the demigod Son of Poseidon and a mortal woman. He was born in 1925, and he was alive well before the Great Prophecy was told. He went on a quest for Apollo with two of his friends to locate the god's Golden Bow--which he had misplaced. Unfortunately, while on the quest, Barry got pulled into the Lotus Hotel and his friends presumed him dead. He was freed seventy years later by Percy Jackson, Jason Grace, and Annabeth Chase and he made his way back to Camp Half-Blood when he realized how long he had been trapped.
